About us

There are a number of Christian churches in Hersham, but all have the same basic calling - to worship God, to share the good news about Jesus Christ and to work for the good of all people.

Committee

Church leaders from across Hersham meet together as part of the Ministers' Circle approximately three times each year. The ministers are supported by the Churches Together committee, which is comprised of lay members from each church.

The committee meets approximately once every two months and is responsible for organising various united events including prayer meetings, lunches, special services and social activities, as well as the distribution of the annual Christmas card to the village.

Members of the committee are as follows. The roles of chair person and minute secretary are shared among the group and are rotated each meeting.

  • Gerrald O'Driscoll (All Saints)
  • Sophy Cartledge (All Saints)
  • Heather Fellows (Hersham Baptist)
  • Katherine Ind (St Peter's)
  • Jonathan Atkinson (St Peter's)
